Keeping you safe

Last updated: 12/08/2022

Your safety and your business are our priorities. At ILTM Asia Pacific, both are in safe hands.

At ILTM Asia Pacific, we are all about connecting people, so the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff are of the utmost priority. Our team is working closely with local authorities, partners, and venues to implement robust safety measures, which means our event may look slightly different this year. We will continue to update you on this page and in our communications to you with the specifics as we approach the show.

The below regulations are based on current guidelines and legislation set out by the Singapore Government and are subject to change. We will continue to review and update the regulations in line with the latest government and venue guidance. Please check back regularly for updates.

COVID Status

All attendees will need to demonstrate that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to gain entry to the event.

“Fully vaccinated” means at least one dose of Janssen/J&J, or at least 2 doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, Covishield, Novavax/Covovax/Nuvaxovid, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, Sinovac or Sinopharm. Mixtures and boosters of these WHO EUL vaccines, and vaccination with recovery is also acceptable. For full definition, see Accepted COVID-19 Vaccinations for Entry to Singapore.

TraceTogether (App)

You must comply with the latest public health measures. This includes the use of the TraceTogether mobile application for contact tracing and to show proof of vaccination in Vaccination-Differentiated settings (VDS). Refer to this guide to activate your TraceTogether application.

As well as your official ILTM badge, the TT app will be used to gain entry to the event venue at MBS and any other premise in the event schedule.

Before you arrive at the event, please consider the following.

FAQs

Singapore has implemented the Vaccinated Travel Framework where all fully vaccinated travellers can enjoy quarantine-free entry into Singapore without the need to enter under specific Vaccinated Travel Lanes (VTLs). Please refer to ICA’s website for more information: https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/

You’re considered fully vaccinated 14 days after you’ve completed the required doses of any of these vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca (also known as CoviShield), Janssen (Johnson and Johnson), Sinovac, Sinopharm, Covaxin, Novavax.

Singapore’s Vaccine Booster Programme includes those 12 years old and above. If you are resident in Singapore or have stayed in Singapore for over 30 days, and fail to get your booster shot within 270 days after your final dose of the primary series you will lose your fully-vaccinated status.

You’ll need to show your TraceTogether app or token as proof of vaccination before being allowed to enter the venue and all networking events.

Marina Bay Sands operates a testing facility at L1, Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 1100hrs to 1900hrs daily.

Each COVID-19 test costs S$30 and guests are required to make payment on-site via credit card (Visa, Master, JCB and UnionPay), Nets, PayLah or PayNow. Cash is not accepted. Guests will be informed of their test results within 30 minutes via SMS on their mobile phones by the Ministry of Health (MOH). The facility also provides pre-departure polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests for guests at S$128 and express PCR tests at S$298.

If you test positive for COVID-19, you may be required to isolate at your hotel or residential accommodation. Instructions on what to do next depend on whether you are well or unwell. Details are on Singapore’s Living with COVID-19 page:  https://www.covid.gov.sg/

When indoors, participants are permitted to unmask during a take/shot, but must promptly put their masks back on afterwards.

Responding effectively to COVID-19 is a shared responsibility. We must all adopt new practices, respect each other, and follow science-based guidelines to safeguard ourselves and others. Let’s work together to overcome the challenges, bring people together and get businesses growing again.
