App Overview

Plan, manage and react with our Portfolio App. Our custom-made app allows you to check your latest appointment schedule, provide appointment feedback and view the event programme. And, don’t forget to connect with your community by posting about your experience in the activity stream! Select the correct store for your device: GOOGLE PLAY for Android or APP STORE for Apple.

Select the correct store for your device: GOOGLE PLAY for Android or APP STORE for Apple.

About two weeks pre-show, you will receive an email with your login details. Your username will be your registered email address and a temporary password will be supplied (you'll be prompted to change it when you first log in). 

If you haven't logged in yet, try the forgot password option.

If you are logged in:

  • Tap on MY PROFILE from the main menu
  • Tap on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Scroll to the bottom of  your profile page
  • Tap on PASSWORD to open SET PASSWORD page. 
  • You will need your current password to set a new one.

  • Go to MY PROFILE on the home screen 
  • Tap on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • There is an option to "change picture" in the top right hand corner of the page.

The app will refresh and update to its latest version automatically when you open the app from your mobile home screen.

To force a refresh:

  • Click on the settings WHEEL on the menu screen (top right)
  • Click on REFRESH (Android) or CHECK FOR UPDTAES (iOS).

 

Remember to refresh your app data regularly, to ensure your diary remains up to date:

  • Click on the settings WHEEL on the menu screen (top right)
  • Click on REFRESH (Android) or CHECK FOR UPDTAES (iOS).

ACCOUNT SETTINGS is where you can update your profile information and manage notification and privacy settings.

Please note: First and last name fields on your profile page are pre-set according to the information entered upon registration, and they cannot be edited. 

To edit your account details, notification and privacy settings:

  • Go to MY PROFILE
  • Tap on ACCOUNT SETTINGS
  • Tap on EDIT ACCOUNT (pencil) icon above your profile information
  • TYPE in boxes to amend details
  • TICK relevant boxes to change privacy settings 
  • Scroll to the bottom, tap SAVE to exit the page

The messaging feature allows attendees to send private in-app messages to one another. It's a great way to engage with fellow attendees.

How to start a chat:

  • Tap on the ATTENDEES icon from the main menu
  • Enter the person's name in the SEARCH field at the top of the screen
  • Tap on your chosen person to get their PROFILE page
  • Tap on SEND A MESSAGE to open a chat window
  • Type your message and tap the SEND icon
  • Attendees will receive a push notification on their device when a new message is received.
  • Manage your personal inbox via the MESSAGES or MY PROFLE icons.

How do I know if someone contacted me?

  • You will receive a notification when someone sends you a message. 
  • Go to MY PROFILE or MESSAGES from the main menu to check your inbox.
